Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 323 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the 323 platform.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and any party accessing content or services through the website, mobile app, or other channels provided by 323. This platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted.
323 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To access the full range of 323 services, users must register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gains access due to your negligence. You are required to notify 323 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
323 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Users who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents may face a temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Making deposits and withdrawals through your own legitimate channels
- Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information
- Reporting any technical issues to customer support
- Complying with all applicable local laws
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Sharing your account with others or selling account access
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities within the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances associated with the violating activity, and legal action where applicable. 323 reserves the right to disclose user information to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 323 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time and will be updated in your account section.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and may vary depending on the user's account tier. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. If a delay occurs, users are advised to contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals are limited to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or another approved method once identity verification is complete. 323 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending a review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies. All bank charges or fees associated with transactions are the user's responsibility.
323 is not liable for any losses or delays caused by third-party errors, including those from banks or payment service providers. Transaction disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The 323 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 323 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
All content on the 323 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and layout — is the intellectual property of 323 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission from 323. The 323 brand name and all associated trademarks are protected.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Links
323 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the platform's absolute discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation may not be eligible to recover any funds associated with the violating activity.
The 323 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for the convenience of users. 323 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law & Contact Us
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in 323's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration or through a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted in accordance with applicable law while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 323's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
